Terms and refunds

CarWashPasses sells car wash passes: a subscription that gives you one car wash code every week, on the day you choose. CarWashPasses is operated by Polyglot Limited. We are an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Circle K or Petro-Canada. Their names are used only to say where the washes are.

How the pass works

• You pick a pass and a wash day. On that day you log in and get your wash code, which you enter at the car wash.
• One wash per wash day. A code you don't use on your wash day doesn't carry over.
• The Circle K pass works at Circle K car washes in Ontario. The Petro-Canada pass works at Petro-Canada car washes in Canada.
• A car wash can be closed or out of order. If you can't wash on your day for a reason on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.

Billing

• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Your pass renews automatically at the price shown at sign-up (for example, $15 every month for the Circle K pass) until you cancel.
• If your sign-up includes a free or discounted first wash, the regular price starts on the date shown before you pay. Cancel before that date and you won't be charged the regular price.
• Free first washes are for new customers, one per person and card. We may refuse or cancel a free first wash that breaks this.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime online: log in, open Billing & cancel, and cancel your subscription. Your pass keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. No more charges after that. You can also email us at [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you.

Refunds

• If your first wash code doesn't work and we can't fix it, we refund your first payment.
• If a renewal charged you after you asked us to cancel, we refund it.
• For anything else, email us. We look at every request and we're fair about it.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. A pass is for one person's car; sharing codes with others can get the pass cancelled without a refund. Forgot your password? Get a new one by email.
