Questions, answered
How many washes do I get?
One wash per week, on the day of the week you choose at sign-up. For example, if you choose Wednesday, you can wash once every Wednesday.
How do I get my wash?
On your wash day, log in with the username and password you chose at sign-up and get your wash code at the location, right from your phone.
Where can I use my pass?
Circle K Pass: Circle K car washes · Ontario only.
Petro-Canada Pass: Petro-Canada car washes · Canada-wide.
Passes work at participating locations only.
How does billing work?
Your card is charged in Canadian dollars when you sign up, then automatically at the start of each new period. You'll get billing emails at the address you enter at checkout.
Can I change my wash day or cancel?
Yes. Just contact us and we'll update your day or stop your pass before the next renewal.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 payment provider. Your card details never touch our servers.
